  1. We can produce a Word document, PDF or format of your choosing, that will be securely delivered to your in-house staff for manual pasting into your EHR/EMR.
  2. If preferred, by granting us user access to your electronic health record platform, we can paste the hard data and narrative elements of your patient encounters directly into your system for you—this unbeatable convenience at no extra charge!
